Due to the current COVID-19 situation, our local Post Office is currently understaffed and it's taking longer for package acceptance. We schedule our shipping notification emails to go out the day we drop off, but that doesn't account for USPS acceptance processing times.
USPS is currently not scanning packages at every stop, therefore the tracking is not updating. This is unfortunately very normal right now, we have seen packages stuck at "Acceptance Pending" for 10+ days and then suddenly shows up at its destination state without any in-between scans.
If you have "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" on your tracking, please be patient with us. If your order is stuck on that stage for over three weeks please contact us then.
